”I come from a lifetime of athletics and competitiveness. I have a brother and sister who both attended Stonybrook University and played 4 years of D1 soccer and 2 years of D1 lacrosse as well as a sister who played 4 years of D1 soccer at Loyola College in Maryland. CrossFit has changed my families lives for the better and has brought us even closer than ever before. My favorite part about CrossFit has to be the fact that it is for EVERYONE! It doesn’t matter your age or fitness level, CrossFit is for you. The results I see for myself are extremely important to me, but there is no greater feeling than seeing someone PR or get their first muscle up under my guidance. I Can’t wait to coach our athletes and help people reach fitness levels which they thought were impossible.”
